We get to know you. Ideally over lunch or tea. We grill you and we listen. We want to know what’s going on and we want to understand your business (our strategies target where the ball is headed not just where it is today).

We get to know your team. It helps to hear the issues/needs articulated from a variety of perspectives. It makes our strategy tighter and more inclusive.

We send you a Feedback Report capturing what we heard and our preliminary thoughts. If that makes sense…

We send you a Formal Proposal. If the proposal is accepted, we will work with you and your team to build a communications-based strategy outlining goals, approach, metrics, and tactics.

We deliver the Strategy Playbook for your team to get to work on your issue/needs.

We work as an extension of your team if you don’t have the internal resources to fulfill the plan or want to hire Corplandia for execution as well.
